Terms & Conditions




All bookings are confirmed on receipt of deposit. The remaining balance is to be paid no later than 90 days before travel commences. In order to confirm your chosen arrangements, you must pay a non-refundable deposit.




Cancellations between 28 and 14 days before a tour starts will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

'Force Majeure' means any circumstances which are unusual and/or unforeseeable which are beyond the control of Spanish4x4.com, the consequence of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised, including (but not limited to) war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, hostilities, political unrest, government action, industrial dispute, natural or other disaster, nuclear incident, terrorist activity, weather conditions, closure of airports, fire, flood, alteration of sailing schedules by ferry companies, level of water in the river bed and forest fires.


Travel Insurance


You are responsible for ensuring you have your own travel insurance which should be a comprehensive policy and cover all risks and also ensuring that you have full European Recovery and Breakdown insurance.




All guests are expected to maintain a reasonable behaviour.  When you book a holiday with us, Spanish4x4.com, you accept responsibility for the proper conduct for yourself and your party whilst on holiday. If we, or any other person in authority, is of the reasonable opinion that you or any member of your party is behaving in such a way as to cause or be likely to cause danger or upset to any other person or damage to property, we will be entitled to terminate the holiday of the person(s) concerned. The person(s) concerned will be required to leave the accommodation or other service and we will have no further responsibility to them including any return travel arrangements. No refunds will be made and we will not pay any expenses or costs incurred as a result of the termination. You will be responsible for making full payment for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your party during your time away. Payment must be paid direct at the time to the service supplier concerned failing which, you will be responsible for meeting any claims subsequently made against us (together with our own and the other party’s full legal costs) as a result of your actions.


We will not be held liable for the actions of others in the group.


Spanish4x4 take every reasonable care to make sure your trip is a safe and enjoyable experience, however we cannot be held responsible for any damage, injury or death caused during your time with us.


Passports, visas, health requirements and travel documents


It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents before departure. You also need to obtain a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC).  This is the replacement for the Form E111. Applications can be made online or at your local Post Office.


A full and valid passport is required.  Requirements may change and you must check for up to date information in good time before departure. If you or any member of your party is not a British Citizen or holds a non-British passport, you must check passport and visa requirements with the consulate or Embassy in which you are intending to travel, prior to booking.


Vehicle Damage


Your vehicle needs to be UK ROAD LEGAL & comply with SPANISH DRIVING LAWS.


Off-road driving can put you and your vehicle at risk and you are fully responsible for your own actions. Spanish4x4.com is not liable to you or your vehicle.You are personally responsible for any damage or loss incurred.


There is always the slight possibility of some panel scratching and/or damage. Some routes may involve the risk of scratches. This is however a risk you take if you want to experience a trip of this nature.



Spanish4x4 reserves the right to adjust our prices as necessary.


 You must ensure children in your party are properly supervised at all times.  


Open fires and ground level barbecues are not permitted. Cutting or damaging trees and other vegetation on the land is strictly prohibited.


Smoking is only allowed on the permitted areas of the land. The risk of fires in the summer months is extremely high.




If you have a complaint


In the unlikely event you are unhappy with any aspect of the arrangements while you are with us, let us (Spanish4x4) know immediately so we can fix whatever issues you may have.

If you fail to let us know whilst with us, you are depriving us of the opportunity to help you have the best holiday ever.
